(GSRNC) regularly adopts dogs to residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo Counties. We also consider, resources permitting, potential adopters in other northern California and Nevada counties.
GSRNC regularly rescues dogs from shelters in Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, and Yolo Counties. We also consider, on a case-by case basis, dogs from shelters in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Kern, Marin, Merced, Napa, Nevada, Placer, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Washoe (NV) Counties.
The GSRNC Thulani Program rescues terminally ill or extremely old German shepherd dogs from all of California and Nevada.
Our educational outreach extends to anywhere in Northern California.
