For over 43 years, thousands of individuals and families in Westchester have counted on Cancer Support Team (CST). CST is a unique, non-profit home care organization that provides professional nursing, social work, and case management, and other supportive services, free of charge, to cancer patients and their families living in southern Westchester County, New York.
Cancer Support Team’s staff members are well-trained, compassionate professionals who help patients navigate a very complicated disease. Dealing with cancer may be frightening, confusing, and costly. Patients often feel overwhelmed and may need help:
- Understanding the diagnosis
- Making decisions regarding treatment options
- Finding medical services
- Obtaining rides to radiation or chemo
- Filling out paperwork
Our staff members truly understand the special needs of those affected by cancer and tailor services to ensure patients have access to the best possible care.
Who we Serve
Anyone with a primary diagnosis of cancer, who resides in southern Westchester County, New York, is eligible for the services of CST. Family members of eligible patients can also receive support services.
