Fairfield County House is a residential home where people who are receiving hospice services are able to live in a home-like setting. Your qualified hospice provider continues to provide hospice services, while our professional Care Team and volunteers provide adjunct, 24-hour care, and support. Family members and friends are welcome.
The Fairfield County House is the first free-standing house for people on hospice in the state of Connecticut.
We are a community of donors and contributors who are pleased a home-like, end-of-life setting is now available to the community. Many people have contributed financially and others have donated products and services from their companies and organizations to design, build, publicize, and eventually operate the house.
