The mission of the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation (HERS) is to support all individuals healing from breast cancer by providing post-surgical products and services regardless of financial status. We fulfill our mission through several assistance programs which provide our most vulnerable patients — individuals who are low income, under-insured, and/or uninsured — with post-surgical products such as breast prosthetics, specialty bras, compression garments, and wigs. These products help facilitate out patients’ physical and emotional healing.
HERS is accredited through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics and our team of professional Breast Care Specialists is committed to restoring “HERS” — Hope, Empowerment, Renewal, and Support in every patient we serve.
