Share the Care’s mission is to provide Napa County older adults with resources for health, well-being, and quality of life. Our fall prevention program aims to reduce the risk and fear of falling by conducting home safety assessments and modifications by licensed professionals. Additionally, we accept donations of gently used medical equipment and home health supplies that would otherwise end up in landfills, and in turn, provide these items at no cost to community members. Decluttering is a program we offer that facilitates a necessary cleanup service to help older and disabled people living in unhealthy conditions, such as hoarding, and threatening to be evicted.
