Our mission at Sow A Seed Community Foundation is to empower youth and their families with the education, programs, and resources necessary to overcome social and emotional challenges so they can lead healthy self-sufficient lives.
We are pleased to offer several options that are appropriate for youth who need support with school achievement, truancy, behaviors, social-emotional learning, substance abuse, and overall emotional health.
