For many young people, there is a vast gap preventing them from achieving their potential. A shortage of resources, support, and guidance; an inability to see their own unique talents and gifts; or a lack of options to explore different paths all contribute to this gap that many youth cannot cross on their own.
Step It Up helps to fill this gap by providing youth, ages 13-24, access to educational career development resources, support, and guidance so they have opportunities to succeed. We teach them to believe in themselves and their abilities!
