The Caleb Group is a nonprofit affordable housing organization that acquires, develops, preserves, and manages affordable housing communities in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Caleb serves people with low to moderate household incomes. The Caleb Group offers stable, environmentally sound, service-enriched housing to a diverse group of individuals providing the opportunity to live and age with dignity. Through resident service programs, Caleb offers support and resources that residents can utilize to successfully manage their lives.
