The Y of Central Maryland is a charitable organization dedicated to developing the full potential of every individual through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The most important partnership the Y has is with our supporters, be they members, donors, volunteers, or sponsors. Without their support, we couldn’t carry out our mission of developing the full potential of every individual through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body. We couldn’t positively impact the lives of 140,000 community members. We couldn’t enrich the lives of thousands of at-risk youth who might otherwise fall victim to their surroundings. If you are a Y member, donor, volunteer, or sponsor, we sincerely thank you for your support and ask that you continue your support.

If you are not already involved with the Y, we invite you to get involved. Your generosity, whatever form it takes, helps fuel the cycle of giving that strengthens our communities. What you give to the Y, we give back in the form of programs and services that support youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. What you give to the Y, we give back in the form of financial assistance to those in need who, on their own, could not afford a Y experience. In essence, the Y gives back what you give to the Y.
